1. What the HR needs to do in order to drive more value in the VUCA world?

In present times, Techno age so called Digital age – HR plays a very vital role – right from Talent acquisition to employee engagement till employee exit. Candidate / Employee experience needs to be 5/5 as Employees comes First – well said by Sir Richard Brandson / Virgin Airlines

2. How have you leveraged technological innovation, particularly with resourcing and recruitment?

Say.. in Talent acqusition there are various AI engines which provides intelligent pre-screen candidates that can be hired. Also, there are great assessment tools, AI interview management tools which makes candidate experience a great journey of hiring.

3. As an HR Leader, what are the key deliverables that can be instrumental for a firm to be successful?

Very important is High CX – Candidate Experience. If your candidate is happy while hiring then She / He will ensure clients are happy.

4. We have heard a lot about D&I, what does it mean to you and what are you doing about it?

I pledge that will set record in hiring Sheroes be it in Leadership hiring / Sales hiring / Tech hiring. Will also help New Mom to welcome back to work.

5. What are some of the key drivers that you see as an HR that is actually driving the business growth and success?

HR can dedicate the time and energy into building the brand and culture that works for you and your team. Plan For Growth – By actively anticipating your future growth, HR can help you create a strategy to recruit top talent in a timely manner. Hire The Right People

6. The role of HR leaders has changed over the years. How do you see the role of HR leaders evolve by 2025?.

In VUCA world, we will have new roles – Chief Happiness Officer, Head of Skill Design, HR Data Director, Head of Human-Machine integrations, HR Business Director, Chatbot Facilitator, Head of WFH development.

I believe HR is evolving at a rapid pace. As technology and regulations continue to evolve, in-house HR teams will get leaner, generalist roles as we know them today will cease to exist and the specialists will be across four major areas: Employer Brand and Culture, Digital and Analytics, Learning and Change, and Reporting and Compliance.
